Ziina offers multiple ways to accept payments, whether you’re getting paid remotely or in person. You can choose the option that best fits your workflow and share it with your customer in just a few steps.

You can accept a payment using any of the following methods:

Fees for accepting payments (business accounts)
For business accounts, the standard fee to accept payments is 2.6% + AED 1 per transaction.

For payments made using international cards and/or in a non-AED currency, an additional 1.5% per transaction applies.

Having trouble accepting a payment?
If you’re having issues with a specific payment method, try switching to another option directly in the app. For example, if a payment link isn’t working as expected, you can share your QR code instead, create an invoice, or use Tap to Pay if you’re with the customer in person.

If the issue happens with Tap to Pay, make sure your device supports contactless payments and that NFC is enabled. Closing and reopening the app can also help.

If the issue continues after trying another payment method, please share a screen recording showing what happens when you try to accept the payment. This will help our team understand the issue and investigate it more effectively.
